Achatk एक न्यूज़पेपर मैनेजमेंट सर्विस (SaaS) है। इस सेवा का उपयोग करके, आप निम्नलिखित शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं:
1. खाता और सुरक्षा
आप पंजीकरण के दौरान सटीक जानकारी देने के लिए सहमत हैं। अपने पासवर्ड और लॉगिन विवरण को गुप्त रखने की जिम्मेदारी आपकी होगी।
2. सदस्यता और भुगतान (SaaS Policy)
यह एक सशुल्क (Paid) सेवा है। सेवा को निरंतर चालू रखने के लिए आपको मासिक या वार्षिक शुल्क समय पर जमा करना होगा। लेनदेन शुरू करना हमारे साथ एक कानूनी अनुबंध माना जाएगा।
3. खाता ब्लॉक करना
Achatk के पास भुगतान में देरी या सिस्टम के गलत उपयोग की स्थिति में बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के आपका खाता निलंबित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।
4. डेटा गोपनीयता (Data Privacy)
हम आपके ग्राहकों के डेटा (जैसे मोबाइल नंबर और स्थान) को पूरी तरह सुरक्षित रखते हैं और इसे किसी तीसरे पक्ष को नहीं बेचते हैं।
5. रिफंड नीति
यदि हम सेवा प्रदान करने में असमर्थ हैं, तो आप निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर रिफंड का दावा कर सकते हैं।
6. कानूनी क्षेत्राधिकार
किसी भी कानूनी विवाद की स्थिति में, क्षेत्राधिकार केवल वैर (भरतपुर), राजस्थान की अदालतों के अधीन होगा।

2. Subscription & Payments
To ensure uninterrupted access to the newspaper management suite, subscription fees must be paid on time. Initiating a transaction constitutes a legally binding contract.
3. Account Suspension & Usage
Achatk reserves the right to suspend or block access without prior notice for non-payment, unlawful activities, or breach of security.
4. Data Privacy & Safety
We respect your privacy. Your customer data (mobile numbers, locations, etc.) is secure and will never be shared or sold to third parties.
5. Refund & Cancellation
You shall be entitled to claim a refund only if we are unable to provide the service. Claims must be raised within the stipulated timeline.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Weir (Bharatpur), Rajasthan.
